1. Acceptance of Agreement
Binding agreement guidelines
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Abrar Holidays (registered as Abrar Travel Services, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website (abrarholidays.com) as well as any booking requests, tour coordination, and travel packages purchased through our platforms.
By booking a tour, paying a deposit, or purchasing a package from Abrar Holidays, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Booking & Reservations
Procedure to request and confirm packages
To secure your placement in one of our upcoming journeys or customized tours, you must complete the booking process, which involves:
- Passenger Documentation: You must supply complete and accurate passenger details (matching your government identification or passport). For international tours (including Holyland tours), your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the scheduled return date.
- Visa Processing: Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective national consulates. While Abrar Holidays provides visa documentation guidance and submission support, we hold no responsibility for visa rejection or border crossing denial by customs officials.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the initial deposit is cleared and Abrar Holidays issues a formal Booking Confirmation Voucher.
3. Pricing & Payments
Financial structure and price schedules
All prices listed on our website or issued via customized quotes are subject to availability and changes in tax laws, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, or foreign currency exchange fluctuations.
Payment Schedules:
- An initial non-refundable booking deposit (as specified for the tour package) is required at registration.
- The balance payment must be settled at least 30 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise stated in the specific tour itinerary details.
- Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Rules for cancellations by guest or operator
Should you need to cancel a booking, written notification must be sent immediately to Abrar Holidays via email at info@abrarholidays.com. Cancellations are subject to the following standard deduction scales (expressed as percentage of total tour cost):

* Note: Flights, visa consultancy charges, group reservation fees, and hotel non-refundable bookings are excluded from the refund scale and will be charged at actual values.
5. Travel Insurance
Recommendations for comprehensive insurance
Abrar Holidays strongly recommends and, for specific international and Holyland tours, mandates that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Your travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses (including emergency evacuation), flight delays, and loss of baggage or personal effects. Abrar Holidays is not liable for expenses, losses, or medical fees incurred by you during travel that would otherwise be covered by insurance policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Limits on company obligations & force majeure
Abrar Holidays coordinates with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local operators. We act solely as an intermediary agent between you and these service operators.
Consequently, Abrar Holidays shall not be liable or held responsible for:
- Any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the negligence or default of any carrier, hotel, or third-party service provider.
- Delays or cancellation of flights, missed connections, change in itineraries, or visa delays caused by external agencies.
- Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic outbreaks, political unrest, acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
7. User Conduct & Rules
Traveler responsibility & community behavior
By participating in our tour groups, you agree to abide by the instructions of the tour guide, tour coordinators, and local authorities.
We reserve the right to exclude any traveler from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous, or illegal under local laws. In such extreme events, the traveler will be responsible for their own return logistics, and no refunds or compensation will be issued by Abrar Holidays.
